Our Education Consultant comes to your home to conduct a free consultation. We assess your student’s academic needs, identify goals, and learn personality / learning style preferences. Both parents and student(s) get any questions answered about our tutors and our service and jointly choose the tutoring program best fit to their family.

Match
We use detailed student profile information to create a custom match of your student with a tutor from our roster of 75+ Tutor Doctor certified tutors. Our sophisticated multiple-stage matching process includes criteria of focus subject / skills, academic level, personality / learning styles, special needs, geography and schedule.

Tutor
Your assigned tutor begins scheduled visits to your home, creating and delivering a lesson plan 100% tailored to your student, considering the goals established at the consultation.

Report
Session Reports are emailed to parents following each tutoring session. Each report allows parents to be current on their student’s progress and provides an up-to-the-minute accounting of all elements of the program.
